We do have all products (including all spare parts of each model) in stock in our warehouse in Amsterdam. Therefore, we can handle every order that comes in before 2 p.m. the same day. This fast service together with the short delivery times will enable you the keep your stock up to date every time.

We are a service-oriented company guaranteeing high quality service. For us this means that we will handle all after sales questions immediately and we are also willing to get in touch with your clients directly in case problems occur. When a product is faulty upon arrival at your place you can always contact us and we will arrange to get you a new one as soon as possible.

Technical Expertise

To secure the high quality service mentioned above we have some technical experts on board. Some of them are specialized in drones/quadcopters while we also have people specialised in helicopters and cars. So, if you face difficulties answering the more technical questions of your clients please do not hesitate to forward these questions to us.

Manuals

Currently we are able to include manuals of 6 different languages at our products. However, we have built a tool which enables us to rewrite our manuals in your language to!
